7/2026 - Minimum Wage: The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the minimum wage rate to $18.40/hour for employees who do not receive gratuities and $10.30/hour for employees who do receive gratuities, effective July 1, 2026.

10/2019 - Workers' Compensation -The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services, Labor Standards Bureau has updated their Workers' Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects wording and formatting changes, as well as a change to the department name from "Department of Employment Services" to "Department of Employment Services, Labor Standards Bureau."
